Here at Knightmovers we'll talk you through the whole process step by step and deal with all the customs related items needed to make your move go as smoothly as possible. Here's a quick and easy checklist for your move to the EU:

  • Contact a removal company at least six to eight weeks prior to your required removal date.

  • Put together a detailed inventory of everything that needs to be moved

  • Obtain a TOR (Transfer of Residency)

  • Documentation to prove identity

  • Documentation to prove day to day living costs

  • Proof of sale and purchase of properties

  • Utility bills for new and old properties
